Poor Refereeing in the Premier League

I'm compelled to write this because I'm SICK AND TIRED of poor refereeing in the Prem.

Today Mark Noble got sent off for a tackle. That's right a TACKLE. Not a tough tackle. A poking, get the ball slide tackle. Also, Afellay got sent off for palming Gardner's face, after he did the same to him initially. Charlie Adam got sent off for standing on Dawson after he slide tackled him. Coutinho got sent off for dissent & a tackle whereby Payet fell over him. In my opinion, none of them were red cards. 4 examples of SHOCKING refereeing.

In the game's richest most privileged league why is this happening? With all the technology and education? Why do we employ retarded referees? Robert Huth today kicked the ball at an opponent after barging him to the floor, the put his hand in another players face. That was the most likely red card. What did he get? Nothing.
