Poor Start - FPL Chaos Ruling

The start of the Prem season has pretty much gone against any stats like team strength, form from last season, player points last season. No consistency at all - so how do you pick a scoring FPL team. Luck and certain specific players.

Played the wildcard last GW because the team was not performing. 2 Southampton players. No clean sheet before Watford, after many last season. Dropped both Cedric and Steklenberg. Charlie Adam, Jonhson dropped - seem to be benched. Ivanovic dropped - Chelsea poor start and too expensive. Rooney dropped - poor start. Henderson - playing deeper and then got injured anyway. Deeney firing blanks. I had to play the wildcard because all form was out the window and chaos ruled.

So I went with reliable pricey players. Brought in Silva, Sanchez, Aguero. Big money, big talent, big gametime. If anything else - they'll play and they're always going to score points GW to GW. Went cheap with the defence because clean sheets are about as predictable as the British weather. Brought in Micah Richards 4.5m (generous imo), Soare (Palace looking good), McCarthy (Palace), Mahrez (on fire), Gomez (establishing LB at LFC).

GW4 was still not great. Silva assist and Myhill CS the best. Sanchez & Hazard still not living up to price tag. Chelsea just lost to Palace. That's what I'm talking about with predictability. Mourinho has lost 1 in 100 home games. Won the league last season - what would you expect to happen? The results are crazy at the moment but I'd expect things to settle after the international break (that no FPL manager and no fans really want). Why 2 weeks off? Anyway I'll post again after the break.
